My coupon code does not work. Why is this happening?
- If you are having trouble with your promo code, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "Promo Code" as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with other current offers, sales or promotions.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
- Once your order is complete, a confirmation email containing the details of your order will be sent to you. When your order is complete, you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Where can I track my order?
- Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has been shipped.
What if I never received my item?
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they leave our premises. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier (e.g. Bpost, La Poste, PostNL, FedEx, DHL, DPD). We will provide you with the address, carrier information, tracking information and delivery date to assist you in your investigation. You will receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the carrier.
